As well as our Horizontal Lines, as of 2022 we now offer new, state of the art, Vertical Powder Coating line, consisting of two automated powder coating booths and polymerization oven. This installation is the latest in its field, using innovative technology that not only is the first of its kind but also provides Barley Chalu with facilities to produce its renowned high quality product at a more efficient and sustainable method.
Colours can be chosen from the extensive RAL or BS colour ranges in flat, metallic or textured finishes, including Decoral wood grain sublimation.
